IMPORTANT NOTICE
一、按照我国法律规定，来华的境外人员有下列几种情形的，须于抵达后24小时（农村72小时）内到住地公安派出所办理住宿申报手续。
一、In accordance with the law and regulations of China, aliens who
entered into China lodge at the following places shall, within 24
hours (72 hours in rural areas) of arrival, report and register
accommodation to the local police station:
1、在出租房、居民房家中住宿的；
1、At a rental or at the home of a Chinese resident.
2、在中国的外国机构内或者在中国的外国人家中住宿的；
2、At the foreign institutions in China, or at the home of an alien
in China.
3、在移动性住宿工具内住宿的。
3、In movable living facilities.
二、住宿申报登记所需材料：
二、For registration, you should submit the following materials:
1、本人有效身份证件（如护照等）；
1、Your valid certificates(such as passport, etc);
2、留宿人的有效身份证件（如户口簿或身份证）和租房合同（协议）；
2、The host’s valid certificates （such as his/her residence booklet
or ID card）and the rent contract (agreement).
三、在华停留，须特别注意你的在华停留有效期。

当您在家中接待并留宿国（境）外亲朋好友时，依照《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理法》和《中华人民共和国公民出境入境管理法》的有关规定，请您在亲友抵达后24小时内向驻地派出所为其进行暂住申报。
When a relative or friend from the foreign country and
Hongkong、Macao or Taiwan comes to visit you and wishes to lodge at
your home，he（she）is required to report for registration to the local
police station within 24 hours of his（her）arrival in accordance with
the Law of The People`s Republic of China on Entry and Exit of
Aliens and the Law of The People`s Republic of China on Exit and
Entry of Chinese Citizens。
申报时，您只需将亲友的入出境证件和您的居民户口簿或身份证一起带到派出所即可申报。民警将热忱为您服务。
For registration,You or the lodger shall report to the police
station where you live with the lodger`s passport and certificates
as well as your residence booklet or ID card and fill in
registration forms of temporary accommodation。
